Natural Organic Captive Born/Bred
Cubaris murina Papaya isopods, are a great (and colorful!) introduction into the larger Cubaris group (where some specialty morphs can go for $50+ per isopod). Papayas originate from the USA and are a true albino mutation of the gray "Little Sea" murinas. They are also the only pink isopods available on the market. These are are great way to begin working with Cubaris isopods to ensure that you have a good handle on husbandry and housing before making any significant purchases. Hardy, friendly, and just as adorable as their more famous cousins (like rubber duckies and panda kings), Papayas have the same signature helmeted/armored look, and a beautiful bright, eye-catching color, without the bank vault price tag.
