Ingredients(Reptanicals Fly Feast): Dried Potato, Sugar, Brewer’s Yeast, Calcium, Glutamic Acid, Aspartic Acid, Leucine, Valine, Serine, Lysine, Alanine, Phenylalanine, Arginine, Isoleucine, Threonine, Tyrosine, Methionine, Proline, Glycine, Cysteine, Histidine, Sun-cured Alfalfa, Dried Kelp, Calcium Carbonate, Dicalcium Phosphate, Choline Chloride, Ferrous Sulfate, dl-Alpha Tocopheryl Acetate, Carotene, Inositol, Niacin, Ascorbic Acid, Potassium Chloride, Riboflavin, Thiamine Mononitrate, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Manganous Oxide, Sulfur, Zinc Oxide, Vitamin B12, Copper Oxide, d-Calcium Pantothenate, Magnesium Oxide, Biotin Folic Acid.

 

 

To make cultures:
(you'll need measuring cups, water and apple cider vinegar - not included)
 Boil your water+. In your measuring cup, mix 1/4c of boiled water with 1/4c of Apple Cider Vinegar^. Add 1/4c of Reptanicals Fly Feast to one of the 32oz cups. Pour your apple cider vinegar and water mixture into the fly feast and stir. Apply lid and set aside to cool. When hydrated Fly Feast mixture is room temperature, add enough excelsior shavings to loosely fill the cup (Do not pack in excelsior. Container should have ample space for flies to move around). Finally add about 30-50 of any variety of fruit fly.  
Each culture will last about 1-2 months and will continue to generate new flies so long as at least 20-30 adults remain in the container.  Each 32oz culture can produce 500-1000 flies during the life of the culture.
These kits produce self-sustaining cultures. Flies have all the water and food they need to thrive inside the 32oz container. Care is super easy - do nothing but feed out flies to your reptiles as necessary. Do not add food to fly cultures. To feed out, simply tap the lid to prevent excess flies from being released, and shake desired number of flies into the feeding enclosure.
